The item must be damaged or wrongly delivered.
You must raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, refund, or exchange:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Our support team will review and get back to you with the next steps.
Important Notes:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect product.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and verified.
In case of an exchange, we will ship and delivered the replacement item within 12 days
